For the pictures with the pink uplighting, was that part of the lighting package that comes with the DJ or is there an extra cost for that look?
Uplighting like that at AAR is an additional charge. Looks like it’s $915 right now.
Do you know if a Vow Renewal is possible outside the building infant of the main part next to the fountain?
Your sales consultant would need to get special permission from the park, but I can’t think of any reason why they’d turn you down.
What is the pricing for just a ceremony inside the American Adventure Rotunda?
American Adventure Rotunda has the same Ceremony Fee ($4,500) and Event Minimums (varies by day of the week) as all the other World Showcase venues. I have the full price list in Chapter 1 of “Carrie Hayward’s Fairytale Weddings Guide.”
Hello! I do not see the listed as a ceremony venue on Disney’s page. However, I saw it decorated for a Christmas wedding and FELL IN LOVE with it. Do they hold ceremonies here? If the pricing still 4500?
Hi! Disney’s website only lists a fraction of the venues available (hence, my site!). Yes, you can use American Adventure Rotunda for a ceremony at the same rate as any other World Showcase venue. Pricing went up earlier this year—if you log back into your account on this site, you can redownload the Fairytale Weddings Guide to see what it is now!
If I did a 5:00pm ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion, would I be able to hold my reception here?
Maybe! The park prefers it if you do the timeline with a 7:30pm ceremony, but I have seen them approve receptions that start earlier. Your sales consultant will find out for you. Alternatively, you could do your pre-reception someplace near your ceremony to eat up time until they let you into AAR.
Hi! Do you know if they absolutely require 85 guests to attend? We are inviting about 90 people but expecting about 65-70 to attend at bare minimum. My heart is set on this venue since its one of the only indoor locations for a Jan wedding!
If the guarantee in your Letter of Agreement is 85 or higher, they won’t bat an eye if fewer than that actually show up. (However, you will have to pay for at least 75% of that number, even if fewer attend, so I don’t recommend boosting the guarantee in the LOA unless you’re confident at least 64 people will attend.) Supposedly, EPCOT has been known to approve the use of AAR for a reception for groups as low as 50, so you could have your sales consultant try to get approval from the park for a lower number before you set your guest count in the LOA.
