Hi Lillian! If you are doing a convention event, you need to contact Disney Meetings at 1-321-939-7129. For weddings, you can contact Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings at 1-407-566-2313.
Can you see the fireworks from any of the ballrooms? If you were to go outside in the sorcerer’s apprentice courtyard, maybe?
Unfortunately, no. But you could go out to the Porte Cochere or West Rotunda and view them. Just know that those two venues are bookable, so theoretically someone else might be doing an event there (I don’t think they are used all that much though). Or you could book them and serve desserts or a late-night snack out there during the fireworks!
