What size are the tables in the 2nd pic in the album? Are these sizes provided by Disney or have to rent?
Those are the standard cocktail tables provided by Disney at outdoor venues in Epcot. No extra charge!
Are chairs included too or will I have to rent some?
As it says on page 130 of the Fairytale Weddings Guide, all venues include standard chairs. You only need to rent chairs if you don’t like the plastic ones provided at this and all outdoor venues.
What time can a reception at Italy Isola West go til? Can we have a DJ if it’s after park hours?
There is no cutoff time for receptions in EPCOT, and you can have a DJ after the park is cleared of day guests. This info is on page 87 of the Fairytale Weddings Guide.
Planning to have a wedding celebration at Italy Isola in April 2023. Are we allowed to just have the 2hr celebration?
To do an in-park Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings event without a ceremony, you have to meet the Event Minimum for Tree of Life. This starts at $15,000, which would be REALLY hard to reach of you only did a 2-hour celebration. The alternative is to do a Disney Catered Event, which starts at $5,000 but won’t let you wear a wedding gown, have a wedding cake, or do anything else wedding-y.
