  1. What does the timeline look like if you want to do a ceremony in the Italy pavilion? What time do the guests get picked up to be brought to Epcot with a 9am ceremony?

    1. The transportation schedule depends on how many guests you have and how many resorts they’re staying at. For example, we were told to use a motor coach to pick up our guests at 3 resorts, and pickups started at 7:15am or 7:30am, which I now feel really badly about. We only had 32 guests, so I could have used multiple vans to go to each resort and prevent some guests’ sitting on the bus for an hour or more. The timeline for all morning EPCOT ceremonies is the same: The ceremony starts at 9 am, and you’re out of the venue by 10 am. If you do a first look, you can get into the park really early to take bridal portraits before the ceremony. We got there at 7:15am.

    1. Only if they have their own admission to the park. They are escorted into the park for your event and then taken back out at the end of the event. At that time, they could re-enter like any other guest with park admission.
