  1. Just for future reference, I am in the process of planning my December 2020 and was informed that the venue fee for this location is will be $350.

  2. Hello!

Has anyone ever seen or heard of anyone using this location as a ceremony location for a small wedding? I emailed Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings but they just sent me a price list for Animal Kingdom locations (which did not include this location) instead of answering my question.

    Thank you! 🙂

    1. Hi Kaitlyn! I think this would be a GREAT spot for a small ceremony! Once you are working with an actual sales consultant, you can have them request the space from the park. AK’s management is really flexible about event spaces, so you shouldn’t have any problems getting it. They will probably charge you a furniture removal fee for those tables and chairs, but maybe they could use the chairs for your guests and you’d only need to pay to remove the tables.

      1. Do you know if you can combine the Upcountry Walkway and Overlook? Our planner suggested using the Upcountry area for the dancing portion of our wedding and I wasn’t too familiar with the area. I love the look of the area and think it could work nicely, have you heard of anyone using it for that reason?

        1. Yes, you can combine them because they are adjacent. So far I have only seen weddings in Harambe and the Everest area, so I’ll be interested to hear how you like it!

    1. Hi Isabella! The ceremony venue fee for Upcountry Overlook would be the same as that of Tamu Tamu. Note that this is a *very* small venue—smaller than Tamu Tamu, so you’re not going to be able to get many guests in here with a ceremony setup.

  3. Hello, what page in the guide is there more info on this venue please? Do you know how many it could hold for a small ceremony?

    1. Hi! It’s on page 101! (If you have the eBook, your eReader’s search function can help you go straight to stuff like this—I use it all the time!) I don’t imagine it could hold many more people for a ceremony than a reception. Maybe 30? Your sales consultant will be able to find out for you!
