You are required to use Disney for entertainment (like musicians) and all floral and decor—except personal floral (bouquets, boutonnieres)—at every outdoor location, including this one. You can bring your own accessories like programs, a sand ceremony and favors, though, including bubbles for the exit. I chose this as my top choice venue. I am worried though because we have 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen. will the all fit. do the vows have to be staged inside the gazebo or can we be outside of it?
The gazebo only fits the officiant and the couple. You can have attendants stand on either side of the gazebo, or you can all stand outside of it. Maybe have someone take some photos during your rehearsal and see which you prefer!
