Clementine Lawn – Fort Wilderness

1. Looks wonderful, are you taking dates yet? Do you have a booklet on what your wedding venue entails? Also pricing packages?

   1. This venue is currently unavailable due to construction at Fort Wilderness. You can see basic pricing on Disney Weddings’ official website and complete pricing in my book, Carrie Hayward’s Fairytale Weddings Guide.

2. Is it known if this venue will be available again after the construction is completed? If so, when is that scheduled to be?

   1. It is unknown at this time, as is the duration of the construction, now that everything has ground to a halt at Disney. You can see a map of the planned construction HERE. It looks like there may be a small grassy area left on the water, but it will be surrounded by new paths and buildings, so it may not be private enough for a wedding.

3. How many people are usually allowed on the Clementine lawn and how does catering work? We wanted to do a mad tea party theme

   1. There’s not really an upper guest limit because it’s so big. Catering would be provided by the Contemporary.

4. Do you have a floor plan or layout available?

   1. There is no standard layout for this venue. You would just do a site visit with your sales consultant to decide where you want everything set up.          1. The closest would be the Croquet Lawn, Poolside Green and Oak Manor Lawn (but it’s only available for ceremonies). I really hope Clementine Beach becomes available again, because it is unique!

      1. Not yet. Apparently they’ve just restarted construction on the 10-story Reflections resort at Fort WIlderness, and this beach is behind construction walls. But I’m hanging onto this page until I know for sure whether they’ve built something atop Clementine Beach or just spiffed it up so that it can potentially be used for events again. That’s why I don’t link to this page from my Wedding Venue Photo Gallery anymore…
