I saw that this wasn’t a ballroom room listed in your guide, do they still allow receptions here? Thank you!
Yacht & Beach Club Convention Center info is on page 72 of the guide!
Hi, Carrie! There doesn’t seem to be any food and beverage minimums listed for the Yacht and Beach Club Ballrooms. Is that something that needs to be discussed with a planning team for the specific rooms, or are they all the same? Or should we presume it’s the same as the Boardwalk Inn’s of $1000? I know someone who wants to have a Welcome/Rehearsal Dinner there but is hesitant. (Her wedding is in September 2026 but they haven’t contacted Disney as of yet, which is why they were asking me if I knew the answer, since I’ve kinda mocked up a wedding spreadsheet for my cousin a bit ago, using your AWESOME planning sheets.) Thank you!!
Hi there! Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings doesn’t list their ballroom food and beverage minimums anywhere because most are so low that, by meeting the wedding minimums, you automatically meet the ballroom food and beverage minimum. From what I’ve seen, none of them are higher than the Whitehall Room’s $3,500 minimum, and the small ones are around $1,000. Unfortunately, she’ll need to find out the exact price from her sales consultant. Is there a reason she doesn’t want to use one of the special venues, fireworks party locations, or resort venues I do have pricing for in the Fairytale Weddings Guide? Or, frankly, just do a restaurant meal or a party at one of the cheaper Disney Springs venues, like Splitsville, which will be much cheaper than any catered event planned via Disney?
