  1. Hi is it possible to have a “cocktail hour” somewhere near here before a brunch reception? Anywhere you would recommend? Thanks 🙂

    1. Generally what people do after a morning Magic Kingdom ceremony is have their reception at California Grill at the Contemporary. The cocktail hour takes place in the same location, and the couple just shows up when they’re done with portraits. The only other venues at the Contemporary would be ballrooms or the Porte Cochere/West Rotunda Courtyard, which you can see here. You could go over to the Grand Floridian instead and have cocktail hour at the Whitehall Room & Patio and a reception in a ballroom. But if you did, like, Citricos or Narcoossee’s, the cocktail hour would be in the same venue as the reception.
